Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the planning and coordination of patient care alongside RNs and physicians.

Follow individualized nursing care plans and accurately report patient conditions.

Prepare and maintain clinical/progress notes and summaries.

Assist patients with daily living activities while teaching self-care techniques.

Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.

Support physicians and RNs in complex nursing situations.
-
Adhere to universal precautions during patient care.

Follow emergency procedures in the event of accidents, injuries, or significant health changes.
Qualifications:
-
1 year of experience as an LPN in a home care setting.
-
Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

CPR certification (current and valid).

Ability to work a flexible schedule.
