Our 401(k) plan is designed to allow employees a means to save for retirement using pre- and post- tax dollars. This option is available to all employees after meeting 1,000 hours of service. The Resource currently matches (dollar-for-dollar) the first 4% of an employee’s contribution.
Payroll Options
Employee may choose Direct Deposit or a pay card. The Resource pays weekly on Fridays. Online access is available for employees to view Check Stubs, Wage History, W2s and Time Cards.
Early Access to Wages through ZayZoon
We’ve partnered with ZayZoon to give you access to your Wages On-Demand!
Get early access to your wages ahead of payday. Find relief from payday loans, overdraft fees, and late bill payments.
How does it work? Once The Resource has placed you on a job, sign up for ZayZoon and see your available funds. Up to $200/day based on what you earn. Choose where you want your money sent. Never pay more than $5 per transfer. The funds you took will automatically come off your next paycheck and be paid back to ZayZoon.

As an employee of The Resource, when you Refer-A-Friend, and that person is hired and works at least 40 hours within the first two weeks of their assignment, you can earn a referral bonus. Once requirements are met and you’re eligible for your bonus, we’ll let you know when it’s ready to be picked up!
