  • Handle inbound and outbound phone transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify and act on member relationship opportunities using a consultative service approach
  • Deliver exceptional service and resolve inquiries with professionalism
  • Research and resolve minor account issues quickly and efficiently
  • Operate with a sense of urgency to meet members’ needs
