Quality Auditor – Ensure Product Excellence

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector or Quality Auditor to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our products throughout the production process. This role involves testing and inspecting products at various stages, compiling data, and working with engineering and production teams to maintain and improve quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documents.
- Select products for testing at various production stages and inspect for dimensions, performance, and material characteristics.
- Record and analyze test data, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Recommend modifications to quality and production standards to optimize product reliability.
- Set up and perform destructive and non-destructive tests to assess performance and material durability.
- Create graphs, charts, and reports to document findings.
- Operate coordinate layout machines and computer databases for data analysis.
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment for shop personnel.
- Train production teams on quality system documentation and processes.
- Maintain the MMF Calibration Database to ensure compliance.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong communication skills to document reports and explain quality issues to employees and customers.
Mathematical Skills:
- Proficiency in probability, statistical inference, geometry, and trigonometry.
- Ability to read blueprints and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
- Familiarity with both metric and English measurement systems.
